1.  Hierarchical Select bug that omitted some polygons

2.  Erroneous behaviour of "More" button when editing custom census sets

Instructions:
1.  Download file to local hard disk. (NOT to ..\ArcCensus2006r2\bin directory)

2.  Double click to start installation.

3.  Follow the prompts and answer OK when asked to change registry Etc.

Note:  If a Notepad window appears, cancel it and continue with installation.
