In Australia NAVTEQ released their first national coverage dataset in Q2 ‘06 after field collection in late 2005. This dataset contains over 1,000,000 KMs of road network that covers •99% of population at the following levels:

• 84 % Detailed Coverage

• 16 % Road Network Coverage

Over 203 attributes per map link have been collected and an independent ISO 9001 audit has already been undertaken on the product.
