Since 1987 NAVIGATE has been providing spatial services to the region. Originally a specialist  technical consultancy, we now also provide data engineering services, specialist training and business intelligence data provisioning.

NAVIGATE works with mainstream spatial systems technologies. We are a strong ESRI and Oracle partner specialising in ArcGIS and geodatabase implementation. We also support Oracle Spatial and specialise in spatial systems consultancy, implementation and database development.

 

Our technical skills drive our Data Engineering business. Our staff are able to engineer and integrate user datasets with data from third party suppliers. Our major data supply partners are NAVTEQ and PSMA Australia. We reengineer, reformat, geocode and restructure these datasets into spatial databases, navigable data structures and other specialty products (eg NAVMap for all ESRI products including ArcGIS, ArcLogistics and ArcPad).  We also provide georeferenced datasets from Acxiom, The Australian Bureau of Statistics and MarketInfo DataSystems.

 

NAVIGATE markets, supports and provides training in FME from SAFE Software Inc (Canada).  FME is the worlds leading semantic spatial data translator that moves and restructures geospatial into different vendor formats. We are acknowledged experts in moving data between geospatial databases,  GIS packages and CAD systems.
